The customer receives a confirmation by e-mail for ordered goods.


When an order has been completed, it is delivered for processing and packaging, and the goods are prepared for shipment to customers. It is therefore not possible to make any changes after the goods have been ordered, and we ask for your understanding.


It is not possible to cancel an order that has been ordered. If you want to return the goods and get the amount back, you are responsible for the package being intact, that the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. As well as the customer must pay for the shipping for the return of the goods. Download the document for the return form under "Information -> Return service" and fill in the required information. When the return and return form has been received with us at Witchfamily, the customer will get the money back for the goods as soon as the goods are registered with us. It is therefore important that all information is up-to-date in the form, it needs to be correct.

Shipping costs NOK 99,- and is delivered by Norway Post - Posten

The packages are normally delivered within 5-7 working days to the nearest delivery point in collaboration with Norway Post (Posten), if it does not go to the customer's mailbox. We ask for understanding regarding the delivery of the goods may take a little longer due to covid-19.

* Unfortunately we do not ship to Svalbard or Jan Mayen. If you want to have something sent to one of these places, we would recommend checking up on whether there are opportunities to have the package sent to a postal address / mailbox at the mainland.
